A calm space to be heard, understood and supported
With over 10 years' experience supporting children and young people, I provide warm, creative and tailored therapy that helps young people make sense of difficult emotions, navigate life's challenges and build emotional resilience.

Hi, I’m Lauren
BACP-registered counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 10 years' experience supporting children and young people.
I work with children and young people in schools, community settings and online, supporting them through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, low mood, bereavement, self-esteem difficulties, family conflict and life transitions.
Drawing on person-centred counselling, attachment theory, play therapy and solution-focused approaches, I create a safe space where young people can explore their feelings in ways that feel natural and accessible to them.

My Counselling Approach
A safe space for children and young people
Not every child or young person finds it easy to explain how they feel.
That's why sessions can include creative and play-based methods, helping young people express themselves without pressure and explore emotions in ways that feel comfortable for them.
I work in a non-directive, confidential and relational way, building a safe therapeutic relationship where young people can develop self-understanding, confidence and emotional resilience at their own pace.
